Play on! Shakespeare

This was a fun project that was a long time to completion.

I started working on this project in 2015. I was the original new play/translation dramaturg on The Comedy of Errors (Translation by Christina Anderson) and The Two Noble Kinsmen (Translation by Tim Slover).

I wrote several pieces (here is one) over the course of this project, which “ended” in 2019 with the festival of readings that occurred at CSC that summer.

During the festival, I was the workshop/reading dramaturg for four of the shows: my original two plays (COE and TNK) and for 1 Henry VI, and Coriolanus.

The above photo was from the reading of 1 Henry VI.
